It’s a super helper in adding concreteness to BABOK content, but there were some places where the examples actually confused me on things I previously understood, like the verify/validate difference. Plus it’s just riddled with typos, but overall, a good get if you’re certifying and I bet I’ll use it more than the BABOK in real work going forward.

Perfect study guide for CBAP certification. Just passed my exam today. And will keep the book for future reference as well.
Especially, by the time when I got "sick" of the BABOK itself, it wa sa nice change for me - to go over another book.
Same content as BABOK. Very good summary, and nice addition - test practice.
I used this book mostly during prep for CBAP closer to the end of my prep. Do not think it fullly replace BABOK - I read BABOK twice, and then used study guide for the 8 weeks of intense preparation.
I was so impressed with this guide, that I ordered flesh cards from Watermark in addition. Though, if you make your own cards and notes, there is no sense to order those. Cards from Watermark are a good start, but they do not replace own notes and the cards I did. Cards were a nice addition to drop into the car, and have on hand while waiting, for additional practice.
To be fair: the physical quality of the book is not the best. Many pages got loose. But the content is incredible. I used the guide a lot, and it has been with me everywhere - still survived, so I would say it does not matter much that pages got loose (they are all numbered and you can put them back).
