This is a good guide with of realistic advice. It has a humanistic touch which is nice to see, making it an easy read. I found it quite calming to read and that is a real bonus when reading non-fiction, not to mention a great way to start a pregnancy.

I found out back in November that I was expecting my first baby so since then I have read a few books on what to expect, and things that you aren't generally told and for me this has been one of the better ones that I've read. I liked the layout and I did pick up a few tips from the book too.
