hmm... I think my problem with this book was that a "read" it as a audiobook, so it was really hard to follow the message. So, I would start suggesting that no matter what is the need, audiobook is a waste of time for this one. A physical book in the other hand, seems to be useful. As the title says, it's a guide, so you can expect straight to the point information. Overall, it was a decent reading.
