PLEASE This is a summary of the book and NOT the original book.
Maybe I should have read the whole book to get more perspective on what the author is arguing, but I disagree with the premise of only focusing on one thing at a time. Wanted to hear more evidence for what he's claiming but, again, this is just the summary version. There were some good points that I could agree with, but nothing groundbreaking. I guess I dislike 'how to be happy/successful/effective' books, as if there were only one path to these.
