Well organized. Currently doing the blended PD, with online support for the text. It's a great setup. I believe my text is an updated version.

The Challenge of Learning to Read gives the basic steps of how a student learns to read. The book gives tips on how to teach reading and how a teacher can figure out how to help a student that needs intervention. It also gives a description of RtI and what the Tiered Instruction Model is and which students should be in each tier.
