Confusion on terms.

There are no instructions, no examples of doodles. The author seems a little confused about the term noodle and entangled which is not mentioned but the creators are. Noodle and entangled are two separate but similar art forms. However, you do not have to be invested to teach noodle but you must be certified if you want to teach entangled and use it's trademark name. Frankly, you can get this same info online with less confusion by searching zentangle or zendoodle.
