Great and HUGE Doctor Who fanfiction. More than 500 chapters.

If you are squeamish about medical themes, this have a lot of detailed descriptions about injuries, fractures and surgeries. The author appear to know a lot about medicine.

There is a lot of hurt-comfort in this story, alternating between each other, because the Doctor suffer a lots along the story, but at the same time is always supported by his friends.

There is all the medical side of the story, but it is full of adventure, and some very nice aliens appearing. Even if some of them are quite evil, they are well written and plausible in the universe of DW.

There is quite a lot of things developing at the same time, and even if some characters are usually forgotten by the rest of the fandom, they get an very nice development here. Another nice point is that the romantic relationships get an slow build, they make sense, is not rushed and put in your face without making sense in the story.

It is a very nice Tenth Doctor story, when even the OCs are great. But if you don't like Jack Harkness or Martha Jones, this story is not for you, as they are featured prominently.

Unfortunately there are some typos on the text, it would be even better if these are fixed, but the story really deserves to be read.
