Rate this book
The book, “Do Way, Way More in WorkFlowy“, is entertaining and crammed full of WorkFlowy tidbits. Degenaar describes using it with different productivity systems, extending it with external tools and a lot of stuff in between. You should be able to learn from it even if you’re an advanced user.

this book needs its own category: "Book I would like to read but as it costs US $39.95 for the ebook there's no way in hell."

Some useful advice, but I did not connect with ~70% of the content. Very focused toward publishers, so it would be far more useful if I related to that at all.

Lots of information on the Workflowy software. The style is a bit grating at times, but the abundance of information more than offsets that.

Though I’ve heard of this book for years, I didn’t get the chance to read it until recently. This book appeals to a very small audience—those who use the Workflowy app (which I happen to love). But if you are a Workflowy user, you ought to read this book.

I’ve used Workflowy for at least seven years now; possibly even eight or nine. I don’t remember when I first came across the app, but I do remember how much relief I felt when I first started using it and realized I was able to get that crazy, jumbled mess of thoughts, projects, and ideas out of my head and into a medium where I could visualize and work through them.

Fast forward seven years, and I am still using and loving the app. When I picked this book up, however, I was hoping I’d be able to get tips to use it even better and smarter. It really delivered—I was impressed!

A lot of what Frank Degenaar does isn’t necessarily part of my general workflow, so not all of it was useful. But the parts that I did find useful? They were pure gold! Reading this book has completely changed the way I look at and use this app, and even though I’m sure my process will continue to evolve as I come across new ideas and different ways of doing things, some of the principles he outlines in here are ones I expect to still be using years from now.

Mr. Degenaar doesn’t just write about different ways to use Workflowy; this book is FULL of screenshots, short GIFs, and shared lists that illustrate his different work processes. And even though some of the information is no longer available (he really needs to update some links…), I expect that some of the pointers he gives are going to save me hours of time in the long run.

If you use and love Workflowy, I’d recommend you read this book. You’ll be thankful you took the time for it. I certainly am!

I'm an avid Workflowy user, it's great to quickly make lists for everything. This books has a lot to say about markup and other tips, but since I'm already an advanced used it did not bring much to the party for me.

This (e-)book describes a humble but brilliant tool for getting a system: Workflowy.
Trying to avoid singing the praises of the tool in a review of a book about the tool might be difficult.
The book helps you to see the potential that Workflowy actually has, to take your Workflowy game to the next level (might not even be necessary!).
Some tips are extremely helpful, others are nice-to-haves.
