I liked the trivia, facts, illustrations, color and variety of animals chosen, my 8 year old tried to take the book away immediately to draw a character as she loves to draw. It took her a few minutes to get the hang of it since she has never drawn anything in a sketch form. She did the erasing fairly well but as a perfectionist when it comes to art, looked at it like it wasn't perfect. She liked the book and wants to work on it further.
