A Level Three Correction: A Short Story
This short story is offered free of charge as a sample of my writing. It was an exercise to see if I could write a piece with no slow parts—you may judge for yourself.
A large, cat-like creature awakes in jail. He remembers how he got there, and meets with a judge, who gives him a sentence he cannot live with. He kills the guard and escapes, only to find that the outside is more than he can handle.
There is a twist at the end. Enjoy!
