Rate this book
The Swinging R Ranch
Boston playboy Maxwell Bennett needs cash—fast! So he's thrilled when he inherits a ranch in Nevada...until he discovers that the ranch is actually a brothel and that the "ladies" are all over 60 (the R that's swinging stands for Retiree!). Suddenly, Max has more women than he can handle. But the only one he's interested in is beautiful Abby Cunningham, the town's next mayor. Only she wants nothing to do with The Swinging R. Or its new owner....

Whose Line Is It Anyway?
Attorney Taylor Madison is tired of the Boston rat race. She needs to slow down and appreciate the finer things in life. And oh-so-sexy rancher Clint Southwick is definitely fine! So, when they hit it off at Max's wedding, Taylor decides a little fling might be in order...until a mix-up with their cell phones leaves her wondering if Clint is as honest as he seems. But how can she expose the man when she's quickly losing her heart to him?

Debbi Rawlins currently lives with her husband in Las Vegas, Nevada. A native of Hawaii, she married on Maui and has since lived in Cincinnati, Chicago, Tulsa, Houston, Detroit, and Durham, North Carolina during the past twenty years.

Now that she's had enough of the gypsy life, it'll take a crane, a bulldozer, and a forklift to get her out of her new home. Not that her friends would let her leave Las Vegas even if she wanted to. Debbi's home has become a retreat for writers from both coasts and her guest rooms are rarely empty.

Terrible romance novel! This one involves a brothel where the ladies are over 60, and is actually not nearly as FAIL as it sounds/could have been, for which I must give it props. This author is actually better at character and dialogue than I think she might realise, but the romance plot feels just as pastede on yay as your generic Harlequin, which is a pity. Mostly just recording this one for the purposes of book-count tracking.
