First, this is a free ebook! For a free ebook, this one's very very decent. Systematically breaks down the science of performance measurement and there are several useful tips to take away.

This could have been a 50 page book instead of a 300 page book, it's very verbose and every point is repeated several times over across chapters.

But can't complain about the quality of the core content and it's business relevance.
