Deborah Cupples is a law-school professor at the University of Florida and an attorney. She co-authored two books about legal writing--as well as It Is About You: How American Government Works and How to Help Fix It.

As well as law, she studied political science and English. Before law school, she ran a small business in Key West.

Cupples understands that knowledge is a crucial step toward empowerment and hopes to play a part in helping people empower themselves.

One of the best grammar books I've read. Short but covers all the pertinent areas.
