"‘Learn How To Cope with Death, Loss, Grief, and Bereavement"’ written by Veronica Semenova Ph.D. is a book that speaks about dealing with pain when we lose someone dear -– something that inevitably brings feelings of sadness, loneliness, and despair.

As a private practicing psychologist working with a variety of psychological conditions, among others depression, anxiety, grief, bereavement, fear of death, caregiver and aging issues, interpersonal and relationship issues, Semenova proves with her book how skilled she is in her field of expertise.

Semenova clearly emphasizes that her book is intended to supplement and not replace psychological therapy because death of a loved one is one of the most difficult life crises one can face in a lifetime. Coping with such loss often requires lot of time, when one will challenge values and beliefs, redefining the established roles, relationships, responsibilities and demands. Still, as any other crisis we face, mourning for the loved one gives us an opportunity for growing as person and personal transformation.

We can become more independence, more mature and wise, show more compassion and understand better the others, as well as change our priorities and life goals. In this sense, her book provides an opportunity to do just that, explaining the process of grief Semenova offers support how to get out of such situations as a better person able to continue living. And because of that her book will be valuable reading for all those who are unfortunately faced with such a terrible tragedy in their lives - the loss of those we love.

"‘Learn How To Cope with Death, Loss, Grief, and Bereavement"’ is book for which would not be appropriate to say that you will enjoy reading it, but a work that you will read multiple times and recommend further, to all those in need.

I was given a copy of this book by the author for the purpose of unbiased review, while all the presented information is based on my impressions.

We often ask ourselves how to explain to our children what death is and how to cope with it. But how can we do that, when we don't even know how to handle the feelings ourselves?
This book is a great tool to identify and manage the stages of grief. It shows easy steps and techniques to make this hard stage of life, the easiest possible. It is an easy to read, yet very well written book that will help you and your family during this hard time.
If you are experiencing the loss of a loved one, or know anyone who is going though this, and you don’t know how to help, this book is what you need to learn how to heal the wound in your heart.
The author’s education and professional experience truly show up in this outstanding work, helping not only the reader, but his whole environment to handle these tragic moments of life.
I honestly recommend this book to everyone, since we all will have to face these sad moments eventually and it is a very helpful guide to be prepared. I hope Veronica keeps writing guides like this one, I would love to read more of her work.
