Captivating page turner!!!!!
Both Huxley and Nicolle are realistic, likeable characters who are facing life altering challenges. He's trying to save his company and she's trying to retain custody of her cutie pie son! Along the way they both realize this is more than just a business deal.

She is a single mom with money issues regarding her son as well as fighting her ex in a custody battle. He is a CEO in the midst of a merger, who needs to present better optics in his personal life. What comes next? A proposal. A contract. Will their union save his company and stop her ex from gaining custody?
WOW, WOW….if I could give this book 10 stars I would. I fell in love with the characters right from the start. Such an endearing love story. Absolutely without a doubt recommend this one. Loved it so much. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy provided by booksprout.

Great read
A great romance by Anita Shaw with a mix of drama, humor, fake engagement, misunderstandings, wonderful chemistry between the MCs, twists and a great HEA.
Huxley is a CEO wanting to save his company in the middle of a merger, Nicolle is a single mum trying to make things work for her and her son. But with money worries and her ex fighting for custody when she's offered a contract to play fiancee she takes the job not expecting it to become something more.

Nicolle and Huxley's story has some ups and downs, drama and an adorable seven year old. Huxley asks Nicolle to be his fake fiancé and she needs the money and this is their story. I really liked the storyline and I thought the book was well written.

Okay I have to admit this turned out to be a great story. At first I was like confused by it but the further I read it came out to be better than it started. Loved the characters and the storyline is fantastic. It's a sweet and easy read. Definitely worth reading. Look forward to the next book from Anita Shaw.

A really good storyline that has you wondering if things are going to end up working out for Nicolle and her son Zach. My heart broke for her because of her situation. The romance is not hot, but it is romantic and a page turning chemistry.

She’s a mother with money problems, he’s a CEO with need of a fake fiancée so what could go wrong. At first lots of things. But then things get complicated by more trouble for Nichole and the board doesn’t believe his story. In the end everything turns around in an unexpected way.

Another solid read from Anita Shaw. Huxley and Nicolle had good chemistry. Its a good short read with classic fake engagement to boss trope which is a favorite of mine. I would recommend this story and author.
