Build A Better Apocalypse 3: Beyond the EMP
The first post-apocalyptic book...
Holds the key to surviving this disaster.Frank is now on the other side of a "vision" that revealed everything about the type of apocalypse heading his way. A quantum computer simulation run by an enigmatic grandma gave actionable insight into what Frank must do to endure Armageddon, much as if he'd read one of his books about the end of the world.
Now guided by what he saw in the simulation, he knows where to find the enemy and where to find his friends. His first challenge is to organize residents of Clownfish Cove to defend their cozy street, but his next task is to go out and find those good people to assist him.
The first is Buck Meadows, long haul truck driver. But to find him, he must travel into an abandoned part of the city where no survivor remains... He also decides to track down a pair of heavily-armed brothers, knowing they possess all the firepower his friends will need to hold off any enemy.
The enemy wants the brothers, too, and while Frank is collecting allies, his opponents are eliminating them.
But killing the Kingston brothers is no easy task.Build A Better Apocalypse takes place in an alternate universe to EE Isherwood’s Neighborhood Watch series. Frank Douglas lives on the same street, with the same neighbors, but he faces a totally different type of disaster. As he learns what really happened, he might find a key linking his apocalypse with other EE Isherwood book series, like Minus America, End Days, Since the Sirens, and more. Build A Better Apocalypse is a standalone book series and you don't have to read any of the previous ones to enjoy and understand it.

As a teen it manifested itself under the guise of Dungeons and Dragons adventures. In college it culminated with a Master's thesis on Missouri geography—an extremely boring kind of story. Three decades and several careers later he realized that siren song never stopped, so he began to author books. A life-long enthusiast of apocalyptic fiction, writing about zombies was his passion. Future titles in science fiction and fantasy are in the hopper. He lives in the St. Louis, Missouri area, where his series of zombie books takes place.

This is an awesome and amazing apocalyptic series and this third book is so well written with surprises galore that I finished reading it at 8:00am! Yes, it kept me up ALL NIGHT. And, it is so worth missing out on the sleep.
Throughout the many years I’ve been reading the exceedingly imaginative and talented author, E. E. Isherwood, there has been a thread or three that links many of his series together. In this series he has shown more of those ties in such an unusual but smoothly paced way that I must declare, imho, it is his best work yet, enjoy!

Build a Better Apocalypse 3
Having read read your neighborhood series, I keep see in my ok’d friends popping up. I also see new enemies. I love how the story is following the Revelation from the Bible.
