The Philadelphia Experiment brings some very strange and hostile children back from a hellish dimension. Assistance Unlimited must stop their sinister plans.

There is no authorial comment on how large or small a role the co-writer, Dale A. Russell, had in producing this volume of the series, but I noticed no drop-off in quality. If his name hadn't been on the cover, I wouldn't have known there was a co-writer. I've only previously read some on Russell's work in Jeff Deischer's Atomic Gods & Monsters series (in volumes 3 & 7). I hope to see more of his own work soon.
