Shy none dating Hannah is an owner of bakery called Sugar Shack. It had been her parents and now she is struggling to buy the property. One night just as she about to close a new customer walks in Sam. Sam tries some of goods and then the two try each other. When Hannah goes to the bank she ends up meeting the CEO Sam. Lets say he is boss, alpha demanding, slightly closed off, need a good shake and very hot. Hannah was shy, is beautiful and because of Sam finds her inner sexy. The deal is sex only…. Hmmmm

Loved the drama, angst, scream out why oh why and the burning heat.

Hannah is trying to get a loan to save her family’s bakery after the owner of the building decides to retire and sell the property. Hannah is at the bank when the CEO comes in to explain the mix up regarding her loan approval. Imagine her surprise when it is the same man she had a steamy sexual encounter with in her bakery after hours. Things heat up. Deals are made. Can Hannah save her bakery or will Sam’s secrets ruin everything and tear them apart.
WOW what an incredibly steamy, emotionally charged romance this was. Loved it.

We follow Hannah and Sam. Hannah is under pressure because she can lose her family bakery at any moment. There is no other option than to ask for a loan at the bank and there she meets Sam who has other thoughts and that is the beginning of their journey that brings them closer together. There are things she does not know about Sam who has his secrets and what happens if his secrets come out and do they still have a chance together? A wonderful story that I enjoyed reading.

Another winner by Leighton Grace that will keep you turning the pages and not wanting to put it down! Bakery owner, Hannah, doesn’t want to lose her parents’ bakery, but CEO Sam has other ideas. Their attraction is strong, but not unbreakable. When Hannah discovers the secret Sam is hiding, will she be able to forgive him and move forward? What is Sam willing to do to keep Hannah in his life?

She connects with Sam for assistance, but he has other ideas and that is what starts them along their path, but he has secrets. When Hannah finds out about those secrets will it change everything that has been building up between them. This heartfelt story kept me glued to the pages.

This is a good romance with drama, chemistry, secrets, an understanding, and growing emotions. The MCs are defined, likable, engaging, and determined. A no strings attached arrangement could become so much more. I liked this entertaining book.

Romance alert: Sam and Hannah are going to have you enjoying every tension filled, romantic moment this book has and a whole lot more. I wish I could give this book more than a 5/5-star rating but trust me when I say you will want to read this book sooner than later.

Good story

This is an entertaining book. Nice love story. When I started to read it, I realized that it was familiar. Hannah and Sam were the main characters in Doing Business With a Grumpy Billionaire, published in 2023. I enjoyed it when I first read it.

We follow Hannah who is struggling to keep her parents bakery afloat when a handsome client walks in during a rainstorm. They have an electric one night stand with no regrets. Yet, weeks later and they still think about the nameless person. What happens when Hannah goes to the bank to get a loan and without knowing, walks into the building and bank he owns?
