So if you ever used Xamarin you know how hard it is to find good resources. Well not anymore. This book has just about anything you would ever need for small and medium sized applications. No book will have everything you need but this one comes close. Unlike other cookbook's there is a fair bit of teaching in this book. Which really helps with the complexity of Xamarin. I would recommend this book to everyone trying to pick up Xamarin or to even those who used are comfortable with Xamarin because you could learn a thing to two.

This book is intended for .NET developers looking to dive into the world of Application Development for iOs and Android.

It is also intended for Xamarin.iOS specifically, with only some corresponding topics for Xamarin.Android. This of course allows the author (who seems very fluent with Xamarin) to really dive deep into the specific features regarding iOS development and not leave many gray areas if it were a cross-platform based book.
