Who knew!

Like so many other ADHD sufferers I had lost hope, simply accepting that my life and surroundings would always be a mess. This book gives guidelines and tips that make a lot of sense. I don't know if I'm going to make it, but at least now I have an incentive to put into practice some of the suggestions, especially achieving little victories at a time.
The book is easy to read and is a relatable narrative.
If you have ADHD you will most definitely benefit from its reading.
