Trying to read more books in my health sections...Found this was a good book presented in plain language. The information on cholesterol was more interesting than the breakdown of the tests. Good intro book for consumer health.

There was a lot of technical detail in this book, and a ton of tests that my insurance probably wouldn't cover.
