"As a long-time reviewer of professional education books written on dozens of topics, I have read books that I have loved and books that I have wanted to throw out the window while traveling along a highway and never see again. It is a rare experience to read a book that I want to make thousands of copies of and air-drop across the nation like World War II leaflets!
