A very good and important book about Key Performance Indicators, crucial to any business owner or manager who wants to know how her/his company is performing financially, on customer service, operations, human resources and staff. The book is well written and is easy to follow. it gives all the formulas needed to find the answers of key questions, as well as where a manager should get the information from. A must-read book if you own a company or are the head of a department in a company.
