If someone completely new to trading or within their first year asked me what book they would recommend to help them begin on this path. The only book I would recommend is “How to Make Money in Stocks” by William O’Neil.

However now there is a second book. “The Traders Handbook” has everything that you will need to begin your path on the road to a successful career in trading. I have been a profitable trader for a few years now and there are lessons in here new to me that I plan on implementing. Highly highly highly recommend giving this a read, then a re-read.

Great book

Excellent review for the swing trader. Especially helpful were the charts at the end of the book that allows you to analyze what would you do when the stocks were behaving a certain way.

Really practical and current information for traders on technicals, tools and processes. The charts at the end are somewhat helpful. Would have preferred if they included fewer and had higher quality (e.g., without spelling mistakes, making it 100% clear what to get out of each one).
