I love that this book has so many different exercises and that they’re clearly presented with description, images and the ‘why’. It is a good length and it that respect concise enough that I’d recommend keeping it close at hand at all times so at any times of stress, or just wanting a moment of calm, this book can easily be referred to (and the appropriate exercise performed!)
