Ok so I was in the trenches of kindle books and started reading this thinking that it probably couldn’t tell me anything and that not caring just wasn’t for me. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the practical advice and I particularly liked her take on embracing vulnerability and that “not caring” does not mean you have to be indifferent, it’s just to not let outside opinions/pressures impact your growth. I also appreciated the heavy focus on values - something which is super important to me. It became a little repetitive hence the 4 stars but overall I will definitely try take the lessons on board.
