It was a really good book with lots of facts about Hurricanes. Although it is a bit outdated, it is still up-to date with the science, & it explains a lot about how to prepare for one. It also explained about the Coralis effect, which was why hurricanes spin. The region of low pressure attracts winds, & those winds will blow really fast. I liked this book because it explained a lot of facts about hurricanes. I would recommend this to anybody that likes nonfiction. However, I would only give it a three star, because it did get to technical at a lot of times

If you want to know the ins and outs of hurricanes, this is a good primer.
