Super helpful

I loved this book. There are so many easy to follow and actionable suggestions for me to improve my relationships. I thought I was alone in this but this great book showed me I’m not and I can change my situation.

Meh! A good read on why one needs boundaries and how they are important to one's mental well-being, but very vague on the how-to's.
