Eat for heart health

The dash diet was recommended to our family by my husband's cardiologist. I got this book for its number of recipes, which is a lot. Also, this book promises every recipe is prepared in 30 minutes or less. Each recipe has a clearly designated ingredient section and step by step directions. There is also a QR code to scan with each recipe that links to a high quality photo of the recipe. I thought that was a nice touch.

quick low sodium meals

The Dash Diet is a healthy way to eat. Sodium is reduced. Each recipe takes less than half an hour to prepare. Scan QR codes next to recipes for a photo of the dish.

Great low sodium alternatives

This book has some good low sodium recipes the recipes give great alternatives to using sodium.This book also has a shopping list which helps so much when you find the recipe you want.
