This RDH does an excellent job of explaining to young children why sugary foods are harmful and how tooth decay occurs.
By using humor and fun illustrations, children understand why they need to keep teeth and gums clean. Readers learn the proper way to brush and floss as part of the fun to read rhyming story. At the end, they are introduced to a visit to the dentist.
Recommended to parents of preschoolers as a tool to learn about effective dental hygiene.

Important and interesting
A great book that helps children understand the importance of brushing their tooth, flossing, and taking care of their tongue. It's simple and clear. I like that the author uses colourful sugar bugs to explain the effects on your teeth. Another tool the dentist may recommend is a sulcabrush to clean the gumline.

Dental health was never such fun!
This story of the fuzzy tooth critters lurking in your mouth are very effective at making me want to brush my teeth as soon as I read about them. A cute book with an excellent message!

Before finishing reading the book, my four year old son ran to go wash his teeth, so mission accomplished. It explained how cavities are formed and what happens when you don’t brush.
