You can find all of this information online for free.

It's very repetitive with poor grammar and missing punctuation. Many of the steps listed aren't actually separate steps. This is copied exactly as it is in the Kindle ebook:
"1. Get hold of pencil that you have chosen as a speed reading tool
2. If you have no pencil around at the moment, you can use a ball point pen instead to use as a speed reading tool
3. As you read your practice book or personal reading material, move the pencil or ball point pen smoothly across the pages of your practice book or personal material
4. Remember to do the reading activity in a pace which is rapid but comfortable.
5. The pace will be characterized as greater than your normal speed reading but in a way that you are able to comprehend the words, sentences and paragraphs of your practice book or personal reading material."

An easy to read book outlining the steps and strategies to speed reading, whilst retaining the gist of the text. Well written, with an easy to use format, a useful tool for anyone faced with large amounts of reading material.
