I know the method and here it is very well explained. The only reason why I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is that at times is very repetitive.
I think Amin Basadur could have explained the concept with fewer pages.

If you get the opportunity to see Dr. Basadur's Simplex methodology in action, you'll marvel at the framework to innovative thought.

The book is fantastic, but the live presentation is even better.
