This book is a great resource for helping teens get through their emotional rollercoaster. There are a lot of great ways to work through all of those awkward feelings we all have as teens. This also teaches the foundations of communication. There are great worksheets all through out the book. Journaling is also recommended! I highly recommend this book!!
The author did a great job of creating a plan as therapy for strong willed teens. As an aunt to a resilient teen I will be sharing this with my sister in law to help her. I like that it went over what DBT is and how regular talk therapy doesn’t necessarily work for every teen.

Through the exercises it help you become a better you with ways to unwind, overcome tech and be the you that you discover along the way.
