Lora has written a deeply reflective devotional that deepens our understanding of God: who He is and who we are in Him. I related to many of her personal experiences—those dark seasons when we're overcome with grief or discouragement—and God comes for us. Her writing is beautiful, and she ends each daily devotional with a prayer and a "Dare of the Day," which invites us to pray specifically, pray Scripture, meditate on a spiritual truth, or go deeper into God's word. Lovely, daily devotional that encourages and reassures us of "God's incredible care and limitless power." Strongly recommend!

Lora Avery has written a wonderful 40-day devotional that led me to some rich and more deep thought about my relationship with God. Absolutely one of the best devotionals I have ever used.
