Love this book, pragmatic, experiment and data driven. No bs, all useful achievable approaches for improving flow in an organization going against the popular grain of scaling frameworks (thankfully).

I think this is the most concise book I have read on the topic. It is not religious, it shows why it proposes what it proposes. And all that in a compact book.
