My First Book of Numbers is a cheerful way to introduce toddlers to the numbers 1 to 12. Each page features three elements: the printed number, the object or animal, and the description in large letters:

The selected items were fine, the bright, varied color backgrounds were good. The fold out was a bit awkward. The book opens to 1 and 8, and flipping through like a typical board book is awkward. Book counts to 12.
