I like the section, hci and kd, one article "digital archives:semantic search and retrieval" brings a good example ( www.arcomem.eu) how open data and information specially in law-politics domain will reduce fact manipulation by mass media, and "crowdsourcing ..." completed the knowledge base in fact layer.. the others pointed out NLP is still a key of unstructured big data...
