May 13, 2013I wrote this book in six months of intensive effort, designed to be finished, edited, and published in time for the Bentley Microstation convention in 1996. I have two fond memories of this effort: one, receiving an email from Singapore, thanking me for the work, and two, signing my first book at the convention.
