Good story and ending, fam.
This series started out like a lot of litrpgs, but the tropes quickly got pushed aside so the author could tell more of an epic fantasy in a gamelit multiverse. The litrpg elements were mostly used to succinctly quantify things and make it more hard magic than Lord of the rings, aka soft unexplained magic. In particular the levels were used to show each character's or monster's power level, then there's the clearly defined skills, the basic system as a delivery system, etc.
I was fine with it because I had a fun ride in this story, I liked the bittersweet ending, and i like that I actually have a completed series rather than ANOTHER open-ended one I have to return to, because this honestly wouldn't have been a priority to return to and it might've been years before I did, if ever, like with so many other endless series. Not that I don't enjoy a lot of the endless ones, but it's nice to have stories like this one as well.

Ending a series is hard, but this was pretty well done. Be prepared, this isn’t a story where everything is sunshine and rainbows. People can and will die.

I’ll be honest. I was pretty underwhelmed with Liam’s powers this whole series and even at the end wasn’t super impressed. Billy, John, and coins are what made the story for me.

I do like how the author wraps the story up though. Ends up being about as close to a happy ever after story as you can get considering it’s about an apocalypse.

Could Not Finish

Sorry. I was enjoying this series and even tolerate the Antics of Billy and Jon but they have crossed the line from tolerable to intolerable before I finished Chapter 7.

Seems like there is less time spent on character skill development than on trying to come up with the most offensive and juvenile quips and behavior.

It is a shame because I really enjoy Liam and the development of their society on Earth but I see no way to get to the finish.

The ending

The ending wasn't what I really was expecting usually the ending is more happy ever after in there faction granted that is my ever after but I could see this being the happy ever after of a
physics but the entire story feels pointless to a point yet still a happy ending and kinda messed up to from what he does he could have done more but doesn't out of fear. But a choice of supreme confidants of his beliefs over all just a mixture of complicated emotions.

Wonderfully Crafted Conclusion

After building up such a rapport with our 3 heroes, it's hard to believe we have reached the conclusion already, and this does make a great show as we see just how everything ends. A lot of emotion in this and a testament to great writing.

Phenomenal ending

I wasn't expecting the ending. I loved this book and it had its super depressing moments to bring the highs at the end with it. I hope to see more books written in the future by dimitrios, though I'm sure this series is wrapped up.

Tough read but worth it

This final book is worth reading. The story that unfolds is, I think, a hard read. A very hard read. Yet hanging in there will be amply rewarded with a conclusion fit for your persistance.
