So this is like the 3rd story I’ve read about a guy called Max Wilson. He’s been a vampire, a brainy loser and now a guy getting outsmarted by the.. mob?
I don’t know what it is I like about the stories from this author, maybe it’s the writing. It’s written in very short sentences, and for some strange reason that makes me laugh. Well, see my other Max reviews and you will see what I mean..
This was not my favorite Max story, and I didn’t even get the ending until reading the blurb after finishing, but it was a short story, and I was amused (probably more by the writing than the story) and so I will give it 3 stars.
