Hm

Some of the omelettes look interesting. The ingredients are basic across all the recipes: eggs, butter, milk. Other ingredients are added to make them flavors of the world. Mostly it's spices, sauces or veggies used to change it up. Most aren't that exotic. And how you're supposed to roll a Japanese omelette if the eggs are still runny (as called for) is beyond me. You can't roll a liquid lol. So, it's ok but not what I thought. I was expecting something like a pancake book I'd seen recently which included pancakes, hotcakes, corn cakes and Dutch babies. This was strictly a standard omelette with only a few variations.
Also, please ensure eggs are cooked thoroughly (not left runny) as food born bacterium are not something you want to mess with. Please make sure eggs are cooked through and set.
