In the book Space Disasters By:Ann Weil it talks about space disasters that happened in space. It talks about space shuttles or satelites that have crashed, exploded or don't work anymore. One example of a space disaster is of the space shuttle CHALLENGER. In the book it says that NASA made a program where teachers could sign up and they could go to space. A teacher was going to go but right when it took of the space shuttle exploded. There are many other examples of disasters. The theme of this book is that sometimes accidents occur when you are not careful.
I would recommend this book only to people who like to read about disasters that are so sad. Also the author shows a lot of pictures so you don't have imagine a lot of stuff because the things are right there. This is why I would recommend this book.
