This book is riddled with code errors that make learning simple tasks into arduous chores. It's also difficult to use as a reference and index so after one ditches building the book's projects — which I did in the second chapter — there isn't much use for it. I must also say that learning basic asp.net stuff isn't all that difficult; a book of this size should have been able to help a reader navigate through M$ jargon and b.s. design to build simple sites in no time. Thanks, but no-thanks sitepoint.
