I had no idea what this was going in but I'm almost always interested in understanding learning and it mentioned B.F. Skinner so I picked it up. This goes into detail with two examples of programmed learning and how to best implement it. Very practical. The main takeaway for me is going to be making a relational matrix between the sequential points I'm trying to convey in a lesson so that I can make sure the points are in the most optimal grouping and order!
