I write for those of you who either have children or teens or work with them.

My books cover all aspects of children's lives, their emotional and mental wellbeing, offering ways to help them feel happier, more empowered and in tune with themselves. I help them understand better how they think, what they want and know that they have choices.

My books help parents, teachers and coaches to parent in a way that will make families calmer, happier and more connected. I show how neuro linguistic programming can improve communication, motivation, confidence and resilience. I introduce you to techniques and exercises to help shift limiting beliefs and believe in yourself as a parent such that your kids will listen to to you.

I introduce you to emotional freedom technique for finding calm in the storm of life, easing pain, frustration, anger, sadness, anxiety and loneliness so that you have a skill to help your kids.

NLP For Tweens is part of the Engaging NLP Series, it is a follow-on from NLP for Children, fitting neatly before the Engaging NLP For Teens workbook. Engaging NLP for Tweens covers the key issues and challenges facing 8-12 year olds. Children need to become independent, responsible and resourceful because they spend most of their time away from home and the family. They need to be equipped with confidence, motivation and good communication skills. This book will teach the “tween” NLP techniques to manage: Transition into secondary school, Onset of puberty, Growth of personal responsibility, Relationships with boys/girls, Schoolwork and exams, Peer group pressure, Weight issues and Bullying. I found this book very easy to read-basic as an adult reader but when I act "as if" I was 10 the book is perfect, written in a style that relates directly to the tween. Will defiantly recommend to colleagues and relatives for their tweens
