The NLP Cookbook: 50 Life Enhancing Recipes

Rate this book
The NLP Cookbook is a veritable smorgasbord of NLP techniques. The metaphor of cooking is used to describe the process of bringing together the best ingredients in NLP, and then selecting them carefully in order to produce some extraordinary results. The recipes are grouped into sections depending on their purpose with some recipes designed to seek to develop behaviors and skills, and still others that deal with goals, relationships, and the process of change. Each is prefaced by background information as to its source. All the ingredients are included; timings, materials, and all that is needed to create a definitive life changing event.

Well written, lots of useful techniques, structured just like a cookbook (surprise!). Easy to read, well laid out and the exercises work.
