Sono passati alcuni anni da quando il libro è stato pubblicato, e si sentono. La parte finale, incentrata su strumenti commerciali, è assolutamenta datata. I restanti tre quarti del libro sono ben scritti, abbastanza interessanti, utili a dare un'infarinatura sulle varie tecnologie legate all'xml, spunti utili per iniziare a lavorare e approfondire individualmente.
