A Guide to Knowing Your Saints 100 Summaries About Saints of the Catholic Church: A Book about saints written in a way for children to understand, yet be educational for adults
In the Catholic Church, saints are people who are recognized for their holiness and devotion to God. They are believed to be in heaven and to have a special relationship with God, which means that they can intercede for us and help us in our prayers.
The Catholic Church believes that saints are important because they serve as role models for how we should live our lives. By looking to the saints, we can learn how to be more virtuous, compassionate, and loving towards others. We can also ask for their prayers and help in times of need.
In this book, you will find a one page summary of 100 saints of the Catholic Church. Within the summary will be a brief introduction to the saint, how they are prayed to, and how they are remembered.
This book is written in a way for a child to understand, yet be educational for an adult.
The summaries in this book are a little too watered down. So much so that they start to sound the same. There should be more context to distinguish the saints from one another.
Also the kindle formatting needs work. Words were pushed together making it challenging to read.
Lastly, there are at least two saints that were repeated. I do like the premise of this book, but it needs more work.
