One of the best overall guides to starting, building and running a business. It doesn't encompass the "why" factor of Simon Sinek's books and philosophy but is a practical guide of how to do things and build a business in the more common, traditional form. Although I'd disagree with some of the philosophy of Weber, there are plenty of good common sense ideas for building a successful business. Having an exit plan is good advice and something many entrepreneurs fail to define.
