One of the best overall guides to starting, building and running a business. It doesn't encompass the "why" factor of Simon Sinek's books and philosophy but is a practical guide of how to do things and build a business in the more common, traditional form. This is a well written and inspiring story. Jeff Weber covers all of the.steps involved in staring, running and exiting a business. I strongly recommend this book to all aspiring entrepreneurs!
