A very quick read. I like the idea of not going to failure. It allows you to do more exercise the following day without waiting for recovery.

Low reps, high sets and work out each time there is an advert break on the TV. Makes a lot of sense and gets rid of the time pressure of exercising all in one go.

Of course whether or not it works remains to be seen.

I did not like some of the food suggestions as the author is still of the mentality of avoiding fats and eating carbs when everyone now knows that carbs kill and good fats are excellent. Other than this the book was very quick and good.

Simple and effective

This is a great way to stay strong and injury free and make great gains in strength. Rich is the boss.

Good concept

The concept sounds good. I can't wait to try it. Easy read and i look forward to commenting after I try the workouts
